Prior to Delaget, Neal served as Director of Product Management at Twin Cities
-based Sovos Compliance, a leader in global tax, compliance, and business-to-government reporting software. At Sovos, he was responsible for overall vision and strategy of their product portfolio including the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies across more than 10 products. Neal received a 2016 Tekne Award from the Minnesota High Tech Association for his work on Taxport ACA (Affordable Care Act Reporting).
He was also a Product Manager, Support Manager, and Software Developer at Convey, a Sovos Compliance company. He graduated with a B.A. in Computer Science from Augsburg University.
