For more than 20 years, Jason has been leading high-growth, global technology businesses, including Shavlik Technologies, Vmware, and most recently, JAMF Software, where he was responsible for worldwide sales and marketing. He has a knack for growing great teams, which he attributes to investing time in developing a culture focused on customer success. When asked why he works at Delaget, he gave a simple, two-word answer: the people. When he finds free time, Jason enjoys 5:30 a.m. workouts, reading 3 books at a time, riding his bike, and checking out new restaurants – he’s quite the foodie.
What he’s known for around the office: Being the first one to join in fun office activities, only some of which involve whiskey

Dave SandhoefnerChief Revenue Officer
Dave brings more than 15 years of software-as-a-service sales leadership experience and a passion for helping restauranteurs use technology to reclaim their margin and run a more efficient operation. In fact, he started his career working in advertising representing McDonald’s and built strong relationships with franchisees. Prior to Delaget, Dave served as Vice President of Sales at Minneapolis-based Great Bay Software, where he led a sales organization dedicated to providing network security software. He also led sales organizations through rapid growth at Convey Compliance and SPS Commerce. When he finds free time, Dave enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and catching up with old friends.
What he’s known for around the office: He’s a fast walker
Secret aspiration: To spend six months out West visiting national parks and great golf courses – camping some nights and using up Marriott points the other nights
Before joining Delaget, Brian was a manager in the Litigation Services and Business Valuation Division at the accounting firm, Lurie LLP, where he performed and prepared audit and assurance engagements, financial forecasts and projections, and business valuations, among other consulting activities. At Delaget, he oversees many moving pieces, including cash flow, forecasting and budgeting, financial analysis, and day-to-day general ledger activities. One of his favorite things about working at Delaget is seeing the impact our solutions have on restaurant’s success and growth.
What he’s known for around the office: Massive hatred of vegetables, especially onions and mushrooms, but really anything green

Renée brings a passion for understanding the needs and journey of restaurateurs to help provide the information and insights they need to run a more efficient and profitable business. With more than 20 years in marketing, she leads her team in conceiving, creating and sharing educational content and solution information to help Delaget customers solve everyday challenges and meet their business aspirations. Before joining Delaget, Renée held marketing leadership roles at Emerson Process Management, Ecolab, and Retek Software.
What she’s known for around the office: Rounding up co-workers for a set (or two) of pushups at the top of the hour

Neal LefebvreVice President of Product
A true “product geek,” Neal is all about digging into customer problems and using process, data, and technology to solve them. With 13 years of software-as-a-service experience under his belt, Neal leads our product, engineering, and support teams, including spearheading our product roadmap. He believes in listening to the market to develop and build products that solve real problems QSR operators face every day. Prior to Delaget, Neal served as Director of Product Management at Twin Cities-based Sovos Compliance, where he was responsible for overall vision and strategy of their product portfolio including the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies across 10 products.
What he’s known for around the office: Fidget Spinners have nothing on Neal – he’s in constant motion
