Scot Wederquist
Chairman
Scot Wederquist brings over 30 years of accounting experience to DelaGet. Prior to his time with DelaGet he served as chief financial officer for various retail and restaurant businesses including Tires Plus a $68 million dollar tire franchisor and a 135 unit franchisee of Burger Kings, Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Wederquist founded Franchise Service Options, of Madison, LLC, (FSO). FSO was a outsourcing company providing full service accounting and financial services primarily for restaurants. FSO provided accounting services, payroll processing, and financial consulting for over 500 franchise operations until sold in 2005.
Wederquist continues to consult with restaurant clients on many aspects of financial planning for developing new restaurants and acquiring existing units.
Scot received his Bachelors Degree from Iowa State University in 1977 and passed the CPA examination in 1978.
Bruce Clark
Chief Executive Officer
Bruce Clark brings over 25 years of information technology and operations expe-
rience to DelaGet. He comes to us from SimonDelivers.com, an Internet grocery
retailer, where he was a founder and served as Chief Operating Officer from
startup to $20MM in revenues. While there, Clark was involved in all aspects of
the company’s development, holding primary responsibility for systems develop-
ment, warehouse operations, supply-chain management, and customer service.
Prior to SimonDelivers.com, Clark served as Vice President of Operations and
technology for five years with Young America Corporation, and also held positions
at Alliant Technical Systems and Honeywell.
Clark has a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science from the University of
Minnesota.
Keith Adams
VP and Chief Operating Officer
Keith Adams has over 17 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining complex IT infrastructures with high transaction volumes. He comes to DelaGet from SimonDelivers.com, an Internet grocery retailer, where he served as vice president of information systems. During his tenure, he implemented a state-of-the-art Web-supported infrastructure consisting of warehouse management and ERP systems.
Prior to SimonDelivers.com, Adams served as the director of information services for Renewal by Andersen. His career includes leadership and information technology positions at Boeing, Honeywell, and Young America Corporation.
Adams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Minnesota and a Masters degree in software design and development from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.
Sharon Wagner
Director of Customer Support
Sharon Wagner comes to DelaGet from Archway Marketing, an integrated marketing company that services consumer marketing programs for the consumer packaged goods industry. While there, she served as director of account management and was responsible for $10MM in annual revenue from the Direct Response (catalog fulfillment) and Consumer Promotion businesses.
Prior to Archway Marketing, Wagner served as vice president of account management for Young America Corporation. Her responsibilities included the management of ongoing client relationships (including Pepsi, Eastman Kodak, General Mills, Lever Brothers, Nestle, and others), as well as overseeing more than 4,000 client programs annually.
Wagner brings over 20 years of account management, customer service, and leadership experience to DelaGet.

Pat McDonnell
Board Member
Pat McDonnell is president and CEO of The McDonnell Company, LLP, a consulting firm that advises companies on how to effect change, enhance operational efficiency, and manage growth.
Prior to founding the firm in 2002, Pat served as president of Jordan Professional Services, as president and COO of LAI International, and as global director of assurance services for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He spent five years as vice chairman of business assurance for Coopers and Lybrand, a predecessor firm with whom he enjoyed a thirty-year career in several national and international leadership positions.
Pat, who speaks often on leading change, business ethics, and the power of ethical behavior, holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from the University of Michigan.
Pete Bassi

Pete Bassi’s thirty-plus-year career with Pepsico/Yum! Restaurants International includes a diverse range of experience. As president and chairman of Yum! Restaurants International, he oversaw the activities of more than 12,000 restaurants spread over approximately 100 countries. As executive vice-president, Pete was responsible for all restaurant business activities in Asia, including 2,500 restaurants and more than $100 million in operating profit.
Pete has held various positions within the corporation for Frito-Lay, Pizza Hut International, Pizza Hut U.S., Pepsi-Cola U.S., and Pepsi-Cola International. He was part of the start-up team as Pepsico combined two large international restaurant divisions, KFC and Pizza Hut, into one. And Pete played a critical role in helping Taco Bell emerge from a niche Mexican food player to become a powerful chain.
Pete holds a BS in mathematics and a MBA in finance from the University of Rhode Island.
Jeff Engler
Board Member
Jeff Engler, cofounder of DelaGet, has a strong track record in entrepreneurial ventures. He is a founding partner of the 30th largest franchise operation in the country.
For the past decade, Engler has been an executive in the direct marketing industry. From 1994 to 2004, he served as executive vice president of Guthy-Renker Corporation (GRC), a leader in electronic and e-commerce retailing.
Engler attended the University of Minnesota.
Lee Engler

Lee Engler is the CEO of Border Foods Companies, which he established in 1986 with his brother, Jeff. Together, they have grown the company to 175 restaurants, including Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC, and Au Bon Pain. In 2007, Lee and his brother executed an exclusive development agreement for Sonic Drive-ins in Minnesota. Today, Border Foods Companies is the 30th largest franchise quick service restaurant (QSR) in the country.
Prior to Border Food Companies, Lee served in operations for Los Primos, a Mexican fast food concept he also co-founded with his brother. All total, Lee has enjoyed almost thirty years in the QSR industry.
Greg Dames

Mr. Dames is a Senior Managing Director at Marquette Capital Partners, Inc. and one of two Managing Partners at Marquette Capital Fund I, LP. He is a seasoned debt and junior capital investor with a 23 year career with two well-established Twin Cities based financial services companies. The focus of his experience has been originating, underwriting, managing and realizing mezzanine investments, equity co-investments, and senior loans to small and medium-sized companies in the Upper Midwest region. He has worked with a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, processing, distribution, B-to-B service, and retail.
